Magnolia is here to stay—and we are more committed than ever to our horses, our clients, and the amazing community that has supported us along the way.

This is more than a barn. It is a place where riders gain confidence, horses receive exceptional care, friendships are built, and people truly feel at home.

🐴 We’re Looking for a New Member of Our Barn Team! 🐴

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, horse-loving person to join our barn team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working around horses and enjoys keeping a busy barn running smoothly.

Schedule:
🗓️ Sundays: 8 AM–4 PM
🗓️ Monday–Friday: Approximately 4 hours each day — hours are flexible
🗓️ Additional coverage: As needed, including occasional weekends/holidays

Responsibilities include:
🐎 Feeding and watering horses
🐎 Turning horses in and out
🐎 Cleaning stalls and maintaining a clean, organized barn
🐎 Handling horses safely and confidently
🐎 Cleaning and filling water buckets
🐎 Mucking paddocks and maintaining barn areas
🐎 Basic barn chores and upkeep
🐎 Helping with blankets, fly masks, supplements, and other daily horse-care routines as needed
🐎 Paying close attention to each horse and communicating any changes in behavior, appetite, or overall well-being

What we’re looking for:
❤️ Someone who genuinely enjoys being around horses
💪 Dependable, responsible, and willing to work hard
🐴 Comfortable handling horses safely
👀 Attentive to detail and able to follow individual horse-care instructions
🤝 Able to work independently and as part of a team
⏰ Flexible and willing to help with coverage when needed

Previous horse/barn experience is required.

Individualized care with attention to the needs of each horse. From pleasure horses to competitive horses, youngsters, seniors, and everything in between.

Training options for young and green horses, tune-ups, conditioning, horses returning to work, and horses that benefit from a patient and experienced approach.
💪 REHAB & CONDITIONING
Experienced with horses needing additional care during rehabilitation, recovery, or return to work. Comfortable working alongside veterinarians, farriers, and other equine professionals to follow an established care or rehab plan.
🏆 TRAINERS — LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME FOR YOUR PROGRAM?
We are also open to an established trainer looking for a block of stalls and a facility where they can bring or grow their program.
