At Shelton's Veterinary Clinic, we believe in year-round heartworm prevention. Heartworm Disease is a potentially deadly illness of the heart and lungs. Heartworms are transmitted to dogs and cats by mosquitoes, but can easily be prevented with a monthly heartworm preventative. With record high temperatures this winter, be sure to keep your dog protected against infective mosquitoes carrying heartworms!

We wish everyone a Happy New Year!!!
