It’s been a BUSY season around here! Between our time at Perry, keeping up with lessons, horses in training, bodywork, and everything else that comes with running a horse business, the last few weeks have flown by.

Then came a pretty unexpected pause after my accident. I had to step away from the saddle and teaching for a little while and focus on healing. As hard as it was to put everything on hold, I knew it was what I needed to do.

And now… I’m BACK. 🥹

Getting back into the arena this week has been such a good feeling. There’s nothing quite like swinging your leg over a horse, getting back to work with my clients, and doing what I love.

I’m easing back into things, but I’m so excited to be teaching again and getting back to helping riders and horses progress toward their goals.

Thank you to everyone who has been patient, supportive, and understanding during my time away. It means more than you know. ❤️

Now let’s get back to work!

Day 1 of the Blue Line Performance Horses & Hayley Davis Performance Horses State Show Prep Clinic is officially in the books!

We spent the day going over the basics that make such a big difference in the show ring — properly equipping our horses and riders, ring etiquette, rail work, proper writing, equitation, and pattern work. The girls soaked up so much information, and it was awesome watching everything start to come together throughout the day!

And because we always have to end the night with a little fun… the girls ran their pattern ON FOOT. 😂 Needless to say, there was plenty of laughter, but they learned just as much from it!

Every one of these girls worked hard, learned a ton, and made Day 1 such a success. We’re so proud of them and can’t wait to see what today brings as we dive into the Western portion of the clinic!

And that sunset? We’re pretty sure Nana and Papa had a hand in painting that one for us. ❤️

Here’s to Day 2! Let’s get to work! 💪🏼

A quick update from Hayley Davis Performance Horses.

Due to a family loss, I will be taking a few days away from the business to be with my family and take care of myself.

The business will be closed through Tuesday and I will officially reopen Wednesday morning. I’ll be touching base with my clients tomorrow regarding rescheduling any lessons, appointments, or other services that are affected.

I will still be teaching the Blue Line Performance Horses clinic Friday–Sunday this weekend as scheduled.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this difficult time. It truly means more than you know. 🤍

I taught her how to wrap polos today… and by the end of the lesson she was already showing me up. 😂 Mine’s on the right, hers is on the left, only her second time trying; and somehow she rolled hers back up tighter than mine. That’s a proud instructor moment. 🤍

✨ A New Chapter Begins ✨

Change can be bittersweet, but it also brings new opportunities and fresh beginnings.

I’m excited to announce that Jackson Performance Horses will be returning to its roots and officially rebranding as Hayley Davis Performance Horses.

While the name is changing, my commitment to my horses, students, and clients remains exactly the same. You’ll continue to receive the same quality instruction, training, and equine bodywork you’ve come to expect—just under a name that better reflects this new chapter in my life.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me through every season. Your encouragement means more than you’ll ever know, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

Here’s to fresh starts, new goals, and many miles in the saddle together. ❤️🐴

Welcome to the next chapter: Hayley Davis Performance Horses.

Don't forget, BLPH will be hosting a warm-up clinic for Federation State. This clinic is open to all pleasure members of FRHA- not just our show team. We’re excited that Hayley Jackson of Jackson Performance Horses LLC will be helping our team prep this year.

Please contact me if you’re interested in reserving a spot.
