Tidewater Equine Clinic has a combination of 70 years of veterinary experience between its three veterinarians. We provide services for horses of all sizes and disciplines as well as cattle, small ruminants, camelids, and the rare porcine patient. It is the passion of the veterinarians of TEC to provide a gold standard of care for all of their patients, while being an empathetic and compassionate

source of knowledge for the owners. Our office staff is dedicated and knowledgeable, and always there to help our clients in any way they can.

We agree with our friends at Woodside Equine Clinic.

Air quality is expected to be poor over the next few days due to smoke from Canadian wildfires.

We recommend not riding or exercising horses while smoke is present, especially horses with asthma or other respiratory concerns. The heat also increases the risk, so it is best to avoid unnecessary exertion. When in doubt, skip the ride.
