To have your life touched by a special horse is a feeling you will never forget. To have your heart touched by a special school horse is a feeling no one can describe.
It is with extremely heavy hearts we share that we said goodbye to Chief today. His health and well-being has always come first in his retirement years, and he let us know it was his time.
You were, without question, one of the “special” ones. The ultimate teacher of countless riders, and the most faithful companion in retirement to your fellow retirees. You truly were one of the great ones!
Chief, may you rest in peace, and know how much your presence will be missed by all of the lives you have touched in more than 20 years at Baskin💔😢
