Judy burst into rescue on July 15th, 2023, and her zest for life defies her 'senior' label! She thrives on human connection, gentle hair brushing, and leisurely strolls - and might just reward you with a post-walk snuggle (joint chew in tow)! Judy's heart beats for companionship; leave her alone, and she'll dig up memories, then leap into your arms with muddy paws. If you're seeking a loyal sidekick, Judy's your shining star! One thing to note: thunderstorms can stir her anxiety, but with you by her side, she'll face them head-on, panting with courage.

Fall in love with Fawn! 🍁🎃
This beautiful, elegant cat came into rescue April 29th, 2026, with 4 precious kittens in tow. Fawn was a devoted momma cat looking after her own kittens and an extra abandoned kitten that came into rescue. All the stress of being abandoned, having kittens left her under the weather, with upset tummy once we figured out her ideal nourishment, she is thriving, putting on weight, and is now in search for a home of her own. A home where she'll receive endless belly rubs and affection! Stop in and visit with Fawn.

Fall in Love with Cory (tie) and Eddie (bandana)! 🐾❤️
These two arrived in rescue on March 4th, 2024, as an unplanned and unwanted litter, but that hasn't dimmed their spark one bit. Despite only knowing rescue life, they radiate joy, greeting everyone with an infectious enthusiasm and a big, sloppy hug that will melt your heart. They're ready to thrive in an active household with a patient family who will help them blossom into their best selves, providing them with endless playtime, snuggles, and treats. They're looking for a family who will appreciate their unique personalities, Cory being the more outgoing and playful one, while Eddie is a bit more laid-back and cuddly. They're a dynamic duo that will bring so much love and laughter to their forever home. Please note that they're not suitable for a household with small children, as they'll shower them with love (and maybe accidentally knock them over 😊) and need a family who can provide them with the attention and care they deserve. Can you provide a home for a bundle of joy or two? 🐾❤️

We're absolutely over the moon and beyond thrilled to announce that we've received an extraordinary surprise gift from the Mississippi State University Alumni Association through their incredible Dawgs for Paws program! 🐶
As a small rural rescue organization operating on a shoestring budget with limited resources, every single donation we receive is a beacon of hope that shines brightly, illuminating the path forward and enabling us to continue our lifesaving work. It's gestures like these that remind us we're not alone in this journey and that there are compassionate individuals and organizations like the MSU Alumni Association who believe in our mission and are willing to lend a helping hand.
