We're transitioning sales at Firefly Food Hub to focus exclusively on serving restaurants and wholesale customers. This means we're pausing retail sales to individual customers.

This change allows us to dedicate all our resources to providing the highest quality, freshest local ingredients to culinary professionals and the customers they serve. We're excited to deepen our partnerships with local chefs and continue supporting the vibrant restaurant scene in Wichita!

We know many of you have been loyal retail customers and we truly appreciate your support over the years. We encourage you to continue seeking out local ingredients and supporting the amazing restaurants that feature them! Also, stay tuned for updates about the Tiny Market Farm where you'll be able to stop and shop available produce and products from other local vendors.

To accomodate your Independence Day festivities, we're adjusting this week's order and pck-up schedule. There will be no deliveries on Tuesday, July 1st or Friday, July 4th this week.🎆

Get your fresh produce for the holiday by placing your order by 8:00 PM on Wednesday, July 2nd. Pick up your order on Thursday, July 3rd and make your favorite recipes with food from farmers you know! 👩‍🌾

Today marks the longest day of the year and it's a truly special time for us here at Firefly Farm. For farmers, the solstice isn't just an astronomical event; it's a powerful reminder of abundance, growth and the peak of the growing season.

With these long, sun-drenched days, our crops are bursting with life, the flowers are in full bloom and the farm is buzzing with activity from dawn till dusk. It's a time when all our hard work is on display and we can truly appreciate the incredible energy the sun provides.

The summer solstice is a moment to celebrate nature's generous spirit and the vibrant life it brings to our fields and gardens. We're soaking up the rays and feeling incredibly grateful for this bountiful season.
