Some announcements are harder to make than others, and this is definitely one of them.
Since 2018, our East location has been a part of the Exotic Pets family. For years, we’ve had the privilege of watching you walk through our doors — bringing home your first reptile, adding a new member to your collection, stocking up on feeders, setting up habitats, asking questions, sharing stories, and sometimes just stopping in to see what’s new. 🐍🦎🐢🐠
So many friendships have been made and so many memories created inside those doors. You have been so much more than customers to us. You have been a part of our Exotic Pets family. ❤️
After many incredible years, our East location will be closing its doors on August 30th.
But this isn’t goodbye to Exotic Pets. 💚
Our West location has proudly been serving the community since 2021, and we would absolutely love to continue being your local place for all things exotic pets!
Whether you’ve been shopping with us since 2018 or you’re discovering us for the first time, our West team is ready to welcome you with the same passion, knowledge, and love for animals that you’ve come to expect from Exotic Pets.
To everyone who has supported our East location over the years:
Thank you.
Thank you for trusting us with your pets.
Thank you for choosing us.
Thank you for recommending us to your friends and family.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your animal-keeping adventures.
And thank you for all the memories. 🥹💚
Closing a location isn’t easy, especially one that has been part of our community since 2018. But we are incredibly grateful for the years we’ve had and excited to continue this journey with you at Exotic Pets West.
One location may be closing, but the Exotic Pets family continues.
We hope you’ll come see us at West, say hello, and continue growing with us into this next chapter.
From all of us at Exotic Pets — thank you for everything. 💚
