Please, please, please bring your pets inside the next several days. We are expecting triple digits. Even in shade and with plenty of water will not keep your pets safe. If it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for them. Also remember concrete and asphalt can burn their paws in this heat. If you must walk, do it in the morning or evening.

Surgery was a success. I got home yesterday. I still have 6 weeks of recuperation until I’m completely back to normal.

As some of you may know, I have been sick for quite a while. I will be having surgery tomorrow (Monday). I may be out of commission for 4-6 weeks.
