Over the past several months, I’ve been dealing with some ongoing neurological issues that I can’t ignore anymore. 🧠 After a lot of thought (and some tough conversations), I’ve made the decision to step away from pet dog training for the time being.

This isn’t something I take lightly. Working with pet dogs and their owners has been a huge part of my life for years, and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who trusted me with their dogs. 🐾

That said, I need to make sure I’m taking care of my health so I can continue doing the work that matters most. 💪

I will still be actively training and working with veteran service dogs through Kevlar K9 🇺🇸, as well as continuing to run the Mobile Dog Gym. 🚐 Those programs allow me to stay involved, make an impact, and manage things in a way that works with my current situation.

To my past, current, and future clients — thank you. Your support has meant more than you probably realize. 🙏

This week is going to be a hot one! For those coming to classes please make sure to bring water for you and your dogs and lots of soft treats, we recommend diced hotdogs. All classes will be held outdoors in a fenced in training area. 2727 W. Pawnee, its at the corner of Richmond and Pawnee.

In order to keep everyone safe; we have decided to postpone tonight's beginners class. The weather forecast has it at 55% chance of rain and with next monday being Memorial Day, we will schedule this class to start June 1st at 6:30pm. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Those starting our basic group obedience classes on Monday and Tues nights this upcoming week, please make sure to bring lots of soft treats. We recommend diced hotdogs, they are cheap, slide down the throat and the dog holds it to a higher value and will keep the dogs attention better than most regular dog treats. Please bring a regular leash, no retractable or bungee type leashes and bring a treat pouch.
Classes will be held outside at our fenced in training field located at 2727 W. Pawnee. (At the corner of Richmond and Pawnee) Entrance and parking on the east side.

We are forming Intermediate obedience classes for June 4th (Thursday) at 6:30pm. (This course will be taught by owners Toney and Katie Turner.) These classes prepare you for AKC Canine Good Citizen and TDI Therapy Dog testing. These classes will be held outdoors at our training field at 2727 W. Pawnee. (Our training field is completely fenced in, but we will use the neighborhood surrounding it to also train. We want real world experiences. These courses are 6 weeks long. We meet once a week for an hr. We teach you to teach your dog. The total cost for the 6 week course is 150.00. We are accepting entries now. We require everyone to prepay to gain entry into these courses. We accept venmo, cashapp, check or cash.

June 5th ( Friday evening 6:30pm.) We will be doing an Advance Obedience course. (Taught by owners Toney and Katie Turner). This course will be focusing on off leash obedience. This will be done on Friday evenings for 5 weeks. The cost for this course is 250.00 per dog. We require everyone to prepay to join this course. We accept venmo, cashapp, check or cash.
