Tonight Louie's owner and I are mourning his passing. He was very I'll and it was his time. He had a peaceful and humane passing that his owner and I both shared. We both cried and sent him off over the rainbow bridge. I know she will miss him much more than I but I will miss seeing his happy face and hearing his happy meows. He was much loved. I appreciate his owner allowing me to help care for him while she was away and be a part of his send off. Between seeing him at the clinic and caring for him in my boarding area I felt like I got to know him pretty well. Thank you to his owner for allowing me to know her fur baby.

Louie is staying with us this summer because he has hyperthyroidism. He takes medication 2x a day which makes it difficult for other people to care for him and he CANNOT stay alone. He is so sweet and VERY loving. But....he WILL try to beat you to the bowl before you put his food in.
