What can you do with all those dead branches in your yard? Create an exciting new activity for your pup! I'm building deadhedges in my back yard. I love these because: 1) I'm using found objects in my yard; 2)Simple constuction - branches, rubber mallet, and wooden stakes leftover from another project; 3) It creates a space for critters, which leave great smells for my dogs to investigate; 4) my dogs have a new obstacle in the backyard to sniff, go around, or jump over. Today's helper dog is Lyra - 18 mos old Great Dane.
