📢Important Reminder Regarding After Hours Companion Animal Care📢

While we are here for your pets during regular appointment hours 8am-5pm, we are not staffed for overnight or after-hours emergencies for companion animals.

For urgent concerns regarding your dog or cat outside of our business hours, contact a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital right away. If you’re unsure whether your pet’s condition is an emergency, it’s always safest to call an emergency clinic for guidance.

When calling our clinic after business hours (including on weekends and holidays), you will be greeted with a message containing prompts for companion animal emergencies and farm animal emergencies. If you have a companion animal emergency (dog, cat, pocket pet or reptile), please do not use the farm animal emergency prompt. Our large animal veterinarian on-call only cares for farm animals and we will not guarantee a return call from them.

Please follow the information in the companion animal prompt or directly contact one of the 24/7 emergency clinics listed on the graphic. We encourage all pet owners to save the contact information for a local emergency clinic ahead of time so you’re prepared if an urgent situation arises.

Mary, Dawn, and Christine juggle ringing phones, wagging tails, worried pet parents, and busy schedules with grace and smiles on their face. Their work doesn’t just keep things organized—it helps create a welcoming, compassionate space for every pet and person who walks through the door and keeps our clinic running like a well-oiled machine.

Gunther’s 2-Week Glow-Up 💛🐾

Our favorite little tripod, Gunther, turned TWO weeks old last Friday! And let us tell you… This tiny guy is thriving!

~Nearly doubled his weight
~Eyes officially starting to open (hello, world!)
~Wiggling, scooting, and finding his voice

He’s getting more active by the day, and yes, making the cutest little noises you can imagine 🥹

Safe to say… the entire staff is completely obsessed. Like, fully wrapped around his tiny paw 🩵

Construction will close our Putnam Street entrance (back entrance), but we’re still open and ready to care for your furry family members!

Starting Friday, April 10th, you may notice some construction disruptions behind our clinic, and by Monday, April 13th, the Putnam Street entrance will be fully closed.

Think of it as a minor detour on your journey to treats and belly rubs.

As always, we promise your pet’s visit will be smoother than the road right now.

This pup was found on Taylor Road in the town of Richmond (South of Whitewater off of County P) this afternoon. He is an unaltered male. He has a collar on, but no ID and no microchip. Appears to have recently been groomed. Please call the clinic at (262) 473 - 2930 if he is yours and we will put you in touch!
