Happy Spring everybody!!
Don't forget! I love you all, but also:
* Canceling/rescheduling within 24-48 hours of your appt carries a rescheduling fee. $25 first time, $50 the second time, and $100 the third time. If i haven't quit you by then, when you pay the whole balance ahead? I'll show up again.
It takes money directly out of my pocket to cancel the day before when I can't replace your appointment. Everybody is rolling on the 8 week rotation *so that* I can cover as many horses as possible since we still barely have enough farriers to go around. I don't have a ton of rebooking room.
* If your naughty horse bites me with intent? It goes on the bill. Especially if you're holding the rope. $50 fee.
* If your horse kicks me with intent? It goes on the bill. $100 fee. The chiropractor plus mileage comes to about that.
* If you don't pay for your shoeing, there's a $25 per week on under a $200 balance and $50 per week on $200 or above balance carrying fee unless we've agreed on it ahead of time.
* Have them caught, feet picked, mud scraped off, and fly sprayed if needed before* I get there. I promise, it'll cut your appointment time in half.
