We are hosting a garage/yard/tack sale!

Farm items include galvanized stock tanks, hay feeders, a home made chick brooder box, horse toys, large wooden spools, table saw, deer fencing rolls, insulation, dog kennels, western saddles, cat houses, chicken plucker machine, feed buckets, a wooden drift boat, goat milking stand, and lots of chicken stuff!

Home items include children’s slides, gardening shelving, gardening pots, w**e fridge still in the box, a c***r press kit, large outdoor floodlight, and a fruit dehydrator machine.

We also have a mature Scottish highland bull and his calf son available for purchase!

Our goal is to organize the facility and purge items that are no longer useful before winter.

Look for our sign at the top of the driveway!

"We reached out to Luck & Grit when a fire threatened our home for an emergency evacuation. Not only were they happy to accommodate but they were so loving and kind to our horse when he was there. It was hard to take him back home. The community and staff there are amazing and will treat your horse like their own. They have a heart for horses and it shows! If you’re looking for boarding you cannot go wrong here!"

- Samantha McWhite

Testimony Thursday! We are so happy to have met you, despite the stressful circumstances. Fire season in Montana is always nerve wracking and offering discounted temporary boarding to those who were preparing for an imminent evacuation was viewed as an opportunity to support our local community and neighbors.

Sam is seen here on her gelding Apollo leading her boyfriend and friend on a trail ride around our pond.

HE NEEDS A FOREVER HOME 😸

Meet Rufus! He appeared unexpectedly on the property and, after failing to find his owner, we took him to the vet to get vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. We got to know his personality and he is now ready to find his forever home!

Likes;
cuddles and attention, even from strangers
a farm to roam around
female cats

Dislikes;
male cats (will attack them to enforce his 'territory')
being confined in a barn/home
dogs (won't attack them but will hiss and puff up)

We think he is around 2 years old. We already have a resident male cat and unfortunately they cannot safely cohabitate.

Please share with friends, family, and neighbors who may be interested in adopting a farm cat!

Happy One Year Anniversary to Nicholas Etheridge!! Nick is a valued team member, experienced horseman, and dependable employee. Calm under pressure, he is consistently relied on for problem solving, maintenance and repairs, or brute strength with hard labor projects. Nick is the definition of Grit! Tell him congratulations when you see him on property!

Is using the fence post as a napkin smart? Or just messy?!
