🧡 Happy Ginger Cat Appreciation Day! 🧡

Today, we’re celebrating one very special orange boy — Miles! 🐈🧡

Miles was found on the side of an interstate along the Florida/Georgia line by our team member Kim while she was traveling home from vacation. He was just a little orange kitten who needed someone to stop and care. He made his way back to Tennessee and eventually found his forever home with our team member Laura!

Laura named him Miles for the journey that brought him to her. 🥹 And today marks one year since his adoption!

From a little kitten on the side of the road to a warm, cozy home surrounded by love — we’d say Miles’ journey turned out pretty well. 🧡🐾

A little Saturday update from our team! 🐾

We’ll be taking a one-day break from appointments today, Saturday, August 15th, while our DVM is away attending continuing education. We’re always learning so we can keep providing the best care for our patients, and we’re excited to bring that knowledge back with us!

We’ll be back to our regular hours on Monday. ❤️

We got to meet a pretty special patient today! 🥹 This beautiful girl is Calcifer, a coatimundi (No, she's not a raccoon—but they're cousins!) and she absolutely made our day. ❤️

Helena was lucky enough to make a new friend, and it's safe to say the entire hospital stopped what they were doing to admire her for a minute. (Can you blame us? 😍)
