As the holidays approach, we are getting extra busy here at the salon! We are doing our very best to accommodate everyone and get all of your pups looking their best for the holiday season. 🐾❤️

With that being said, we kindly ask for a little extra patience as we get closer to the holidays. Some appointments may take a bit longer than usual as we work through our busy schedule and make sure each pet receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.

📌 A few important reminders:
🐾 We are not accepting new clients at this time.
🎄 As of today, we are fully booked for the holidays!
📋 We do have a cancellation list available, and we are happy to keep your information on hand should an opening become available. Please remember that our current clients will receive priority for cancellation openings.

✨ **We learned A LOT at Groom Expo!** ✨

After 3 days of learning, we came home with a whole lot of new knowledge and skills! We specifically took
two full-day classes focused on additional certifications to continue expanding our education.✂️🐾

And, of course, we couldn’t come back without adding some more fun! 💎✨

We now have 20 different color options for tinsel/fairy hair AND 4 different color options for our pop-of-color hair extensions!🌈

We’re so excited to bring everything we learned back to the salon and continue offering our clients the fun, creative & luxury experience you’ve come to love! 🐩✨

Elle is wearing the new copper tinsel and red hair extension with gold glitter polish! 💕

A little reminder about kindness and respect in the salon. 🤍

Today, I had an interaction that I feel needs to be addressed.

A client repeatedly made negative and disrespectful comments about the appearance of dogs in the salon. Before knowing that the dogs were my personal dogs, she questioned who would groom them that way and made comments about hoping that none of us would do that to those dogs.

She continued making negative comments, even after I explained that these were my own personal dogs. Unfortunately, there was no apology, and the conversation continued in a disrespectful manner.

Please remember that when you come into our salon, you are entering a space where people’s pets are deeply loved. Every dog has different needs, different coats, different grooming styles, and different owners who may prefer different looks.

You do not have to love someone else's dog's haircut. You don't have to understand why their owner chose a certain style. But you do need to be respectful.

If you don't have something kind or constructive to say about another person's pet, please don't say it.

Our salon is a place for dogs to be cared for, loved, and celebrated. I expect that same kindness and respect from everyone who walks through our doors — toward our staff, our clients, and especially the dogs.

It costs absolutely nothing to be kind.🤍✨
