Hi everyone, we're Puppy Cuts! Formerly known as the Barker Shop. We want to thank everyone for an amazing first month!
A lot of changes were made this past month and we know change can be scary. We are deeply appreciative of the trust, kindness and loyalty everyone has already shown us even in our early days!
We have received lots of questions and would like to address some of the most frequent ones here:
🐾 "What happened to The Barker Shop?"
Cheri, the previous owner, decided it was time to enjoy some well deserved rest! She stepped down, and is now loving the retirement life! A big congratulations to her, and a sincere thank you for her years of commitment!
🐾 "Are the hours the same?"
Nope! We are now open 6 days a week for your convenience! Tuesday - Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Mondays.
🐾 "Who is the new owner?"
The new owner, Christiana, is a dedicated mother of 3, avid dog lover, and veteran groomer. She started working in grooming salons at the age of 15 and owned her first salon at 19! She is looking forward to meeting you and your fur babies!
🐾 "Are any familiar faces from The Barker Shop still there? "
Yes! Ana, the groomer you know and love, is still here! Her sister Ruby, your favorite receptionist, is also still here to greet you with a smiling face in the front of the house! We have added some great new team members as well! Kayy, your new favorite bather and stand in receptionist, and Kari an amazing, experienced, groomer is joining us on Sundays!
🐾 "Are the prices the same?"
Yes! We are honoring your current pricing until January. At that point we will streamline the pricing to be consistent across the board. This will not be a big change for most of you, but may adjust your pricing up or down by a few dollars.
🐾 "Do you have our dog's grooming notes?"
Yes! We are working diligently to transfer everyone's information into our new scheduling system. Rest assured we will have your information available at the time of your appointment!
🐾 "What is included in your grooming services, are all the same services available?"
We still offer full service dog grooming, but no longer take cats. We have updated our products and equipment to offer the best service possible to you and your pups!
Full Grooming includes a bath with premium shampoo and conditioner, blow dry and brush out, haircut to your specifications, ear cleaning, nail trimming and filing, and gland expression upon request.
Full Bath services include all of the above mentioned services minus the haircut.
We also offer thorough DeShed treatments to help reduce shedding, and teeth brushing to keep your dog's chompers pearly white!
🐾 "Do you still do big dogs?"
Absolutely we do! Big, small, young, old, bald and hairy, we'll take them all! Our tubs have ramps and our tables lower to the floor, making it easy for your big kid to receive the spa day they deserve too!
🐾 "Is your phone number still the same?"
Yes! (303) 940-9047 is still the number!
