📣 A Few Important Updates From The Paw Pad 🐾
As much as we love caring for your pets, we also have to make sure we are protecting our time and small business. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support! ♥️
✂️ Grooming Appointments
Appointments that are no show/no call will be required to prepay 100% of the missed appointment before another appointment can be scheduled. Grooming appointments are reserved specifically for your pet, and without advance notice we are unable to fill those spots for other clients.
⏰ Grooming Pick Ups
We are grooming by appointment only and do not have set business hours or staff here at all times. Grooming dogs are expected to be picked up as soon as reasonably possible after they are finished unless prior arrangements have been made. Pickups after 5 PM, when possible, will incur a late fee.
🏡 Boarding Drop Off & Pick Up Times
Boarding drop offs and pick ups are between:
• 9:00–11:00 AM
• 4:00–5:00 PM
unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Pickups after 5 PM, when possible, will incur a late fee.
