📍 Located in Wharton, TX Valerie & Tracy started Little Fur Friends in 2008, originally raising small poodle mixes and eventually evolving into the doodles we know and love today. Our first goldendoodle litter was in 2015, and we were hooked! As the saying goes, the rest is history. We’ve both had dogs our whole lives and couldn’t imagine life without them. They are family members and the most loyal “little fur friends” you can find. We live in Wharton on 6 acres that we affectionally call our little farm. We have a variety of poultry and miniature livestock animals, a dog grooming business here at home, and our beloved dogs and puppies that keep us busy! We’re so excited to share them with you, and hope to help you find your own little fur friend!

One of the most exciting parts of what we do is looking forward to new little lives joining the world! ❤️

We are so excited about our two upcoming Goldendoodle litters!

Raini & Kermit are expecting petite Goldendoodles around October 18th, and Pepper & Ryder are expecting mini Goldendoodles around November 3rd!

There’s just something so special about the anticipation of new babies, wondering how many there will be, what they’ll look like, and watching their little personalities develop as they grow. It never gets old!

We can’t wait to welcome these sweet babies and share their journeys with you!

How are these little beauties already SIX weeks old!? The time is flying by! ❤️

Rigatoni & Ransom’s Country Legends litter has a big day tomorrow! They’ll be taking their very first car ride to the vet for their six-week checkups. Lots of cuddles and attention, along with a few not-so-fun things like vaccinations and f***l tests. 😅

They’re all doing wonderfully, growing like weeds, and developing the sweetest little personalities! We took advantage of the beautiful weather this evening and let them enjoy some playtime outside in the grass. They had the best time exploring!

It’s hard to believe that in just TWO short weeks, these precious babies will be heading off to their forever families! Every one has a wonderful home waiting, and while we’ll certainly miss these sweet faces, we couldn’t be more excited for the families counting down the days until they get to bring them home. ❤️

Have you been eyeing Woody? 👀 Check out his older brother Winston (formerly Disco) from Loxi’s last litter!

Woody looks so much like Winston did as a puppy, and they have very similar personalities too. His family recently shared:

“Winston has been so great. He is very smart, loves to play with other dogs, adores his toys (even knows how to put them away!), and will play fetch for hours. Everyone compliments on how soft he is, and he is such a cuddle bug. He loves to be held (especially like a baby) and goes everywhere with us! He got to 16 lbs at about 7 months and has stayed between 16–16.5 lbs since.”

Woody is a 10 week old petite/mini Goldendoodle expected to be around 16 lbs full grown. He is out of Loxi & Kermit’s Toy Story litter. Vet checked, microchipped, current on vaccinations and preventatives - he’s ready & patiently waiting for his “go home” day with his forever family!
