Recognizing the skills and expertise of veterinary technicians, veterinary technologists and veterinary technician specialists strengthens the entire veterinary team.

“When they're empowered to bring the full extent of their education, training, credentials and skills to their work, it makes the entire veterinary team stronger and helps us provide essential care and support to our patients and clients,” said AVMA President Dr. Jen Quammen.
