Direct Care and Maintenance of Animals :
Through our foster - adoption program we provide food, medical, transport, toys and love to animals in need. Our animals are retired research animals, shelter dogs or owner surrender dogs. Sanctuary Fund
We fund

raise for sanctuaries who provide for the rehabilite, home or rehome animals retired from use in research and related fields. Student Outreach
We enable kids from kindergarten to college and seniors who are looking to be of service the opportunity to learn, care and help the cause of animals. We fundraise by accepting donations through our website www.peace4paws.org as well as by organizing various events such as yoga, music, animal, health, or art centered to raise those much needed funds for our programs.

🐾 Meet Jimmy 🐾

Jimmy is a 4-year-old, 56 lb mixed-breed boy with a heart as big as his smile. This handsome, neutered pup is one of those dogs who makes everyone around him feel instantly loved. He’s a true cuddle bug with a fun-loving personality, endless energy, and unwavering loyalty to his people.
Jimmy is happiest when he’s by your side—whether that’s curled up on the couch for snuggles, joining you on a long walk, or having a blast with his favorite pull toys. He loves being included in everyday life and will happily follow you from room to room just to be near you.
Jimmy is house trained, leash trained, and does well with children and other dogs. His compatibility with cats is currently unknown.

Sadly, Jimmy’s family is being forced to surrender him because they are relocating back to the UK, where pit bull-type breeds are prohibited. This heartbreaking situation is no fault of Jimmy’s—he is simply looking for a loving family to call his own.

Meet King – Your New Best Friend!

King is a 7-year-old, 16-pound Shih Tzu mix with a heart full of love and a joyful spirit. King couldn’t have been happier to have left the building, the shelter where he was being housed, and is ready to find a forever home to call his own!

This charming little guy absolutely adores being around people. Whether it’s cuddling on the couch, following you from room to room, or soaking up all the pets and praise you can give, King thrives on companionship and attention. He’s friendly, energetic, and always ready to brighten your day with his sweet personality and happy tail wags.

At a perfect 16 pounds, King is a great size for apartment living or a cozy home where he can be close to his humans. He has plenty of pep in his step and would love daily walks, playtime, and lots of affection.

Meet Torkin – the new neighborhood heartthrob

Torkin is an 6 month old male mixed-breed pup who is as cute as can be and ready to find his forever home. He currently weighs 20 pounds and will likely grow to mid-size, the perfect size to turn heads while walking in the neighborhood and to cuddle with his humans on the couch.

This sweet boy is full of life and personality. Torkin is playful, friendly, and always eager to make new friends, both human and canine (but probably not feline). He gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a home where he can continue to socialize and have fun. His ideal home will have another active dog and a fenced yard. His reaction to cats has been mixed so he is probably best suited for a cat-free home.

Torkin has already been neutered, is up to date with vaccinations, and is ready to transition smoothly into his new family. Whether you’re looking for a walking buddy, a playmate, or a loyal companion, Torkin is sure to bring joy and energy into your life.
