🐾💔 **WESTON, WE NEED YOUR HELP!** 💔🐾

A kitty is missing from **Merry Lane in Weston**, and his family is desperately hoping to get him home.

He is an **indoor-only cat** who got frightened and ran when his people were trying to get him safely back inside. He is not used to being outside, and right now, his family is worried and missing him terribly. 🥺🐱

If you live on **Merry Lane or anywhere in the surrounding area**, PLEASE keep an eye out. Check your yards, under decks, around sheds, bushes, porches, and other quiet hiding spots. An indoor cat who suddenly finds himself outside may be scared and hiding rather than wandering far.

🚨 **IF YOU SEE HIM, PLEASE DO NOT PICK HIM UP.**
He isn't a fan of being picked up, and we want everyone to stay safe. Please don't chase him or try to grab him. Instead, take note of exactly where you saw him and call us.

📞 **Weston Animal Control: (203) 222-2600**

We can put you in touch with his owners so they can respond appropriately.

His family is waiting for him to come home. ❤️
**Please help us bring this little guy back to the people who love him.**

Weston, let's keep our eyes open and bring one of our own home. 🐾❤️

🐾 HAPPY DOGS DAY! 🐾

Today is all about celebrating those goofy, loyal, loving, sometimes-mischievous creatures who somehow manage to make our lives better just by being in them. ❤️🐶

Dogs don’t care how much money you make, what kind of car you drive, or whether your house is clean. They care that you’re there. They’re happy to see you after five minutes—or five hours. They forgive us when we’re grumpy, listen when we talk, and somehow know exactly when we need a little extra love.

So today, give your dog an extra treat. Take the long walk. Throw the ball one more time. Let them have that favorite spot on the couch. And maybe give them a few extra belly rubs for good measure. ❤️

And for those of us in Animal Control, we get to see every kind of dog—lost, scared, happy, goofy, stubborn, sweet, and everything in between. Every single one reminds us why what we do matters.

Happy Dogs Day from all of us at Weston Animal Control! 🐾

Now go hug your dog. They’ve been waiting all morning. 😉🐶❤️
