Lucky Star Farm, a premier dressage facility located in Weston, Texas, is seeking an FEI-level dressage trainer to join our professional, supportive team.

We’re looking for a talented, motivated trainer who enjoys developing horses through the levels and working with dedicated amateur riders and owners.

Our farm offers:
🏇 Covered full-size arena with mirrors and premium footing
💫 Excellent care and happy, talented horses
🤝 A friendly, team-oriented group of riders and owners

What a weekend! 🐴✨

Our team had a fantastic show with so many milestones and smiles!

🌟 Caroline Sibley & Bellin made their debut down centerline, earning a 69% and 66% to become Training Level High Point of the show!

🌟 Caryn Bloom & Achilles returned to the ring after a two-year break—and at a new, higher level—earning 66% and 65% to take Fourth Level High Point of the show!

🌟 Jenna Jacques & Oopsie stepped it up a level, scoring a 67% and earning First Level High Point of the show!

🌟 Amy Rippy & Finn danced through Third Level, earning 66% and 67% (despite a little off-course adventure and some wild flying changes!) and finished as Third Level High Point of the show!

We missed our friends at home who couldn’t join us—we know you’ve been putting in the work too. 💪

We couldn’t be more proud to be part of this amazing group that lifts each other up through the highs, lows, good tests, and tough ones—both in the arena and in life. ❤️

The biggest thanks to Berndt and Dorit von Hassler—we wouldn’t be here without you.

We have a couple stalls opening up for full care boarding and/or training at Lucky Star Farm.

Lucky Star Farm is a top class dressage facility in North Texas. We pride ourself by providing excellent care and a safe environment for both our equine athletes and their riders. Lucky Star Farm is family owned by veterinarians who have prioritized the well-being of the horse, and have created a supportive, encouraging environment, reflecting our commitment to provide a sanctuary where riders and their equine partners can thrive.

We provide:
* Feeding good quality coastal hay four times daily
* Hallway grain fed twice daily
* Deeply bedded stalls with shavings
* Stalls cleaned twice daily when inside
* Feed through fly control in spring, summer and fall
* Daily turn out in individual or small group paddocks (weather permitting)
* Safe fencing of paddocks
* Picking hooves when brining in from turn out
* Daily overall wellness checks
* Use of indoor/covered arena with lights and custom footing by Premier Equestrian
* Barn staff lives on site
* Opportunity for top dressage training and working with international clinicians
* Air conditioned and heated tack room/office
* Office area with kitchen and full bath with shower

Come join our team!!
Looking to hire full time farm help. Private dressage facility. General care of sport horses, feeding, watering, cleaning stalls, turn out, bringing in. Light farm and ground maintance required. Team atmosphere, working along side current full and part time employees. Horse experience necessary. Attention to detail and the horse's wellbeing are our top priorities.
Salary, paid time off, and housing provided. We have a great group of boarders and horses at the farm. Please direct message me if interested or would like more information.
