Our trip to Indiana is to help Janelle at Seneca swissies with taking care of her litter of puppies.
Sundae gets to play with the older swissies while I work.
Yesterday 12 born via c- section. 7boys, 5 girls. all including mom Paloma doing well.
Sire is Maxamus, from Painted MTN swissies, breeder Lisa Simonsen .
We used Max's frozen since Unfortunately he passed in 2012. That is why this makes this a very special and rare litter.
Deciding on what sire to use is always a difficult decision, but once Lisa explained Max's temperament it was an easy decision to make.
Thanks you Lisa for making this breeding possible.
more pictures to come.
Janelle is still accepting applications for this litter. You can find the application on Seneca's web site.
I plan to transport New England puppies that way if timing works out.

Ruddy enjoying her time with us at Shadow Lake.
She will go in the water for treats but not a fan of swimming, yet.
She loved watching the fish swimming in the water but had no interest in the loons..
she was not happy I did not let her socialize with the children or other dogs at FARMSTEAD brewery. But it was nice to meet an employee that knew she was a swissie!
