🐾❤️ Happy Veterinary Staff Appreciation Week! ❤️🐾

This week, we’re celebrating the amazing team that makes Maryland Mobile Veterinary Clinic so special!

Every day, our team goes above and beyond to care for our patients, support our clients, and look out for one another. Their compassion, dedication, and commitment to providing exceptional veterinary care are what make MMVC such a special place.

While we’re taking this week to celebrate, our appreciation extends throughout the entire year. It’s the kindness, teamwork, and countless little things our staff does every day that make such a meaningful difference.

We are incredibly grateful for each member of our MMVC family and proud of the care and compassion they bring to our community. ❤️

Thankful Thursday Post

I am thankful to work with an amazing team who strives to provide the best care for our patients and clients all year, but I love that they have received a shout out for being voted an honorable mention in the Carroll's Best contest. (What a great way to start our staff appreciation week next week!)

I always brag that we have the best clients. We appreciate that they choose us to help them care for their beloved pets. This is a responsibility our entire team takes seriously. I am also grateful for our clients who show their appreciation - in their respect for our entire team, their kind words and gestures (yes, sometimes even snacks & other goodies!) and for voting for Maryland Mobile Veterinary Clinic.

Again, many thanks to my amazing coworkers and to our clients for their trust and appreciation!

Dr. Nancy

🐾 Please join us in welcoming Sophia to the MMVC team!

Sophia’s passion for animals inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, where she can help care for pets and make a difference in their lives. She’s currently studying to become a credentialed veterinary technician and is excited to learn and grow alongside our team. 🩺🐶🐱

We’re happy to be part of her journey—and she can’t wait to meet you and your furry family members! ❤️

🐾 Big day for little Fish! 🐾

This adorable Chihuahua-Dachshund puppy finished up his pediatric vaccine series today, including his rabies vaccination! 💉🐶

These early visits are about so much more than vaccines. Regular preventive care gives us the opportunity to monitor growth and development, discuss parasite prevention and nutrition, and help set puppies like Fish up for a healthy life ahead.

And one of the best parts? We get to watch them grow! 💕 We always enjoy seeing Fish and his mom when they come to visit.

Way to go, Fish—you’re officially a pediatric vaccine graduate! 🎓🐾

🍦 A Sweet Send-Off for Dr. Hahn! 🍦

Today, we celebrated Dr. Hahn as she begins her well-deserved retirement on October 1st! Naturally, we marked the occasion with one of her favorite treats—ice cream! We raised our cones in a sweet toast to the years she has shared with us, the care she has given our patients, and the relationships she has built along the way.
Dr. Hahn, we will miss having you as part of our MMVC family, but we couldn’t be happier for you as you begin this exciting new chapter. Thank you for everything you’ve brought to our team and the lives of so many pets and their people.
Wishing you a retirement filled with happiness, relaxation, and plenty of ice cream! ❤️🍦

Cheers to you, Dr. Hahn!

Did you know all mammals are capable of being infected with and transmitting rabies? Even cute cuddly ones like kittens! In recent years, cats have become the most common domestic animal infected with rabies because many cat owners do not vaccinate their cats, and cats can be exposed to rabid wildlife, either outdoors or when bats get into the house.

Here are 6️⃣ ways you can prevent this disease and protect yourself and your animals. Visit avma.org/Rabies to learn more.

Essie Mae, a beautiful Italian Greyhound and her little sister, Dolly Lou, a gorgeous Whippet puppy love seeing Dr. Hahn.

Dolly Lou enjoyed cuddles among the team while Essie Mae was happy to stick close to Mom.

Thanks for making our Monday morning extra special.
