This handsome black cat recently stayed with us while getting extra care to support his kidneys, and he quickly became a staff favorite.
Our overnight nurse, Kelsey, made sure Steve got plenty of TLC—and even some supervised “adventure time” exploring an exam room for a little exercise and enrichment 🐈‍⬛✨

Meet Jeniffer, our amazing Triage Tech (and her tiny sidekick, Kitsune 🐾💛)

If you’ve ever called us with a medical concern or needed a medication refill, chances are you’ve already experienced Jeniffer’s calm, knowledgeable support on the other end of the line.

When she’s not in triage, Jeniffer is also part of our ER and Surgery teams—bringing her skills, compassion, and dedication wherever she’s needed most.

And today, she’s got a little extra help… thanks to a kitten in her pocket named Kitsune 🐱✨. Kitsune is one of our team member's newest additions to her family. She is the best!

Meet CSR Tyler and our grape-loving patient, Tito 🍇🐶

Tyler has been a valued part of our team for 5 years this month, bringing compassion, dedication, and a friendly face to every client and patient he meets.

Tito recently stayed with us overnight after helping himself to what we can only describe as an entire vineyard’s worth of grapes 😅🍇 — but thanks to his attentive parents and our team’s care, he was in good hands every step of the way.
