Hi everyone!

I wanted to let you know that I am leaving out of the country and may be a little slower than usual responding to messages.

Over the next several days, I will be sending out our updated Service Agreements for everyone to review and sign. Please keep an eye on your email or messages, and complete the agreement at your earliest convenience so there are no delays with your upcoming appointments.

Thank you for your patience and continued support. I appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to seeing all of your pups when I’m back!

Beginning soon, we will be updating several policies within our Service Agreement. These changes are designed to provide clearer expectations and help ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and our team.

We kindly ask that all current clients review and sign the updated Service Agreement before their next scheduled appointment. Once the revised agreement is sent, you’ll receive instructions on how to complete it electronically.

Every full-service groom includes:

• A**l glands checked (upon request)

📅 New clients must commit to a recurring grooming schedule of 6 weeks or less to maintain coat health and ensure consistent appointment availability.
