As we head into the holiday weekend, Rosie and the team wanted to remind our Griffith family that our office will be closed Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day, giving our hardworking team a well-deserved 3-day weekend! ❤️🤍💙

🐾 What a Great, BUSY Week! 🐾

We’re wrapping up another incredibly busy week, and we want to start by saying THANK YOU to all of our amazing clients for trusting us with the care of your pets. ❤️

We also want to acknowledge something we know can be frustrating — sometimes our phones ring… and ring… and ring. 📞 We hear you, and we promise our team is answering every call we possibly can while also helping the clients and patients right in front of us.

We’re actively working on new processes and phone system advancements to help us better manage our incoming call volume, improve accessibility, and make reaching our team a smoother experience. We appreciate your patience as we continue working toward improvements!

And we have one small but very important request: Please be kind to our reception team. 💙

Our receptionists are truly wonderful. They juggle ringing phones, appointment requests, medication questions, emergencies, client check-ins and check-outs, messages for our medical team, and so much more — often all at the same time. They work incredibly hard to help each person and pet who needs us.

They’re also human. Negative comments, frustration, and unkind interactions can weigh heavily on them because they genuinely care about doing a great job for you and your pets.

A little patience and kindness goes such a long way. 🫶 We promise we’re working hard behind the scenes to keep improving, and we’re incredibly grateful for the clients who continue to show our team grace and understanding during those especially busy moments.

🐾 Excuse us… but who taught Toby these manners?! 🎩🐶

Meet Toby, an 8-month-old certified BEST GOOD BOY who came to see us today for his neuter! 💙

This handsome gentleman may still be a puppy, but apparently nobody told him—because Toby showed up with the manners of a grown man. 😂 Polite? ✅ Handsome? ✅ Cooperative? ✅ Making the whole team fall in love with him? Absolutely. ✅

He handled his big day like the distinguished little gentleman he is, and we were more than happy to provide all the extra attention, encouragement, and cuddles he deserved. 🥰

Neutering is an important part of your pup’s preventive care and can help prevent unwanted litters, eliminate the risk of testicular cancer, and reduce the risk of certain prostate and hormone-related conditions.

Today was the perfect mixture of cuddles, companionship, and plenty of adorable personalities! ❤️ From our tiniest visitors to our biggest buddies, every patient brought something special to our Friday.

One of our favorite things about veterinary medicine is getting to care for so many different breeds, shapes, sizes, colors, and personalities — cats and dogs alike! 🐶🐱 No two appointments are ever quite the same, and that’s exactly what keeps our days fun, engaging, and full of memorable moments.

Whether they came in feeling brave, needed a few extra cuddles, or simply wanted to supervise everything we were doing, we loved spending our Friday with them. 🥰

Today was one of those wonderfully busy days that reminds us just how special our Griffith family truly is. ❤️

From happy wellness visits and adorable puppies and kittens beginning their healthcare journey, to helping sick pets feel better, performing procedures, answering countless phone calls, filling prescriptions, and welcoming familiar faces through our doors—it was a full day from start to finish.

While the pace can be busy, every wagging tail, gentle purr, and grateful smile reminds us why we do what we do.

Most importantly, we want to say THANK YOU to our incredible clients. Your patience, kindness, trust, and support mean more than words can express. Whether you’re scheduling appointments online, understanding when we’re juggling emergencies, or simply taking the time to thank a team member, those moments never go unnoticed.

Our doctors, technicians, assistants and receptionists work hard every single day because we genuinely care about you and your pets. It is truly an honor to be trusted with your companions’ health, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly.

We had some very special visitors in the office today! Daisy and Ernie, the wonderful therapy dogs from Pioneer Middle School, stopped by as they get ready for the new school year — and we couldn’t believe how BIG they’ve gotten! 🥹🐶

We absolutely love getting to watch these two grow, and we know they have an important job ahead of them providing comfort, companionship, and plenty of tail wags to the students and staff at Pioneer! 📚✏️🐾

To help us serve everyone as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that appointment requests be made by either:

The medication refill request feature is intended only for prescription refill requests. When it's used to request appointments, it creates a backlog that delays both prescription processing and appointment scheduling, while adding unnecessary work for our Reception Team.

All appointment request initiated on PetDesk will automatical be routed to our online scheduler for the convenience of seeing what dates and times are available. Giving you full control of instant scheduling that works the best for your availability.

Our goal is always to provide timely service and make sure both your pet's medications and appointments are handled as quickly as possible.

Today was full of wagging tails, happy purrs, and plenty of smiles as Dr. Grant from Advanced Animal Chiropractic was in the office helping our patients feel their very best!

From adorable pups dressed in their cutest ties 🐶👔 to cats with personalities as big as their whiskers 🐱✨, every patient brought something special to our day.
