We are so thrilled for these 2 boys who were adopted together tonight. They both came to us as nervous kittens and we have watched their personalities blossom, watched them play, have the zoomies and all the cuddles from them. We are so happy for them. These adorable little girls are ready to find their home. We would like them to go together as they seem to be quite bonded with each other. Sharpie and Stiletto are some of the most petite and entertaining kittens you will meet! They run, jump, and even parkour around the room chasing each other and playing with toys. Meet Scrappy, before and after! In February, this scrappy looking boy came in with a TNvR group and the doctor literally said “how is this cat even alive?”
This was the beginning of a new life. Initially the plan was to take care of all his medical needs and return him, thinking that he was not social. He was terrified and in his stupor of poor health, was dangerous.
Well, his foster/trapper took him home to care for his abscess, ruptured eye, horrible skin infections and upper respiratory symptoms. After less than 24 hours, it became apparent that he was indeed social and started purring and rubbing on his caregiver!!
It had taken many months and many hundreds of dollars, but he is now nearing ready for adoption!! He has significant visual impairment of his one remaining eye due to central scarring so he will need to be a strict indoor home. He can be a little shy with new people but quickly warms up and seeks attention.
He would like to be in a home with another feline friend as he has had enough loneliness in the months of quarantine.
We expect he will be ready later this week, so if you are interested in meeting him, fill out our online application.
