We are so excited for Teddy and his family to welcome a new baby very soon. They have done an amazing job helping their high energy boy get the training he needs to make the transition stress free, safe, and successful. Paws of Nature has a special program called Diapers and Dogs to help expectant family’s w dogs get ready for a new baby in the home.

Jill has spent the past week kayaking on the St.Lawrence River in Cape Vincent, NY. She met these paddle boarders out w their dog. They said their dog loves being out on the river so much that as soon as they grab their boards he is dancing around and demanding to come along. What outdoor activities do you and your dog enjoy? Any other water loving dogs out there?

Mom is going on a much needed vacation so prepping some frozen food toys for the doggos to enjoy while I’m away. Cleo and Pixie love yogurt and PB w crunchys sprinkled in. What are your dogs favorite frozen treats?

On today’s episode of “You let your dog do that?” . Yes, I allow my dog to dig. Letting your dog engage in what are natural dog behaviors in an acceptable outlet/ location. She also has her own little fenced area up at our house where she can dig to her heart’s content.

Besides clipping Cleo’s nails, I’ve also taught her to be comfy when I use a dremel. Her nails are black, thick, and extra large so the dremel is great for grinding down a bit more and avoiding the quick.

Yesterday Jill met this cool canine crew. Say hello to Burt, Mac, and Morty. They needed a little fine tuning on how they handle visitors coming to the door. These boys were eager to learn and we know they will continue to do great w their additional training exercises.
