We just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone about our cancellation policy! 💕 We completely understand that things come up, but please be mindful of your appointment time.

✨ Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% grooming fee being added to your next visit.

✨ After 3 no-shows, we reserve the right to refuse future grooming services.

As a one-on-one, commission-based groomer, I set aside dedicated time specifically for each pup. When an appointment is cancelled last minute or missed entirely, that time cannot always be filled, which directly affects my income.

We truly appreciate your understanding, communication, and respect for our time. 💗 If you need to cancel or reschedule, the more notice you can give, the better!
