Today is Pet Obesity Awareness Day.
The internet is full of memes and pictures of "chonky" pets, and they are adorable but unfortunately it is not healthy for them to be overweight.
The team here is happy to chat about your four-legged friends body-condition-score, daily calorie intake, and help guide you on your pet's weight loss journey.

Pumpkin carving is a fun fall tradition, but curious pets need a little extra care! 🎃🐶🐱

Keep carving tools and pumpkin seeds out of reach, supervise pets around lit candles, and remember that plain pumpkin flesh is safe in moderation. Avoid letting pets chew on the stem or any moldy pumpkin. Keep the season festive with a little extra pet safety! 🧡

🐾 World Rabies Day is September 28th, a great reminder to celebrate how far we've come in protecting our pets and our communities.

Rabies is entirely preventable with a simple vaccine, and keeping your dog or cat up to date is one of the easiest ways to keep them safe.

Not sure when they were last vaccinated? We're happy to check, just give us a call!
