Thank you, Tito, (aka "Stylin' Dude) for allowing Greenwich Valley Vet to be part of your health care. We LOVE seeing you for your monthly cytopoint injections, and also appreciate your kind heart and treating us during Vet Tech Week.

For any of our patients using compounded prescription medications from Wedgewood Pharmacy, please read the article and follow the link to see if your pet's meds are involved.

Medications shipped nationwide from February through early October may contain too little or too much active drug. The company has reported 98 complaints to date—7 of them serious.

For anyone that thinks that being a part of a veterinary team involves just petting puppies and kittens, SURPRISE! Here is just a small portion of what our team does! They are amazing.

Congratulations to GVVC! The team we've assembled is extraordinary. As we celebrate Veterinary Technician Week, please take a moment to acknowledge the empathy, talent, and compassion of this group of women. As clients, you may "see" just a smidgen of what they are capable of; from answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing medication, providing quality care for your pet, this group is unbeatable. Take a moment or two this week (or anytime) to let them know they are appreciated, they are seen, they are VALUED! Thank you Team GVVC for all you do.

The entire team at Greenwich Valley Veterinary Clinic extends our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the West Warwick Police Department on the loss of their beloved K9 Mouse.

Mouse was more than just a K9; she served as the department’s Compassion and therapy dog and was a cherished ambassador for the Town of West Warwick and touched the hearts of so many throughout the community.

We were truly honored to have been part of her veterinary care team and to have played a role in keeping this special girl healthy and happy. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

We would also like to extend a special acknowledgment to Chief of police Ernie Lavigne, whose unwavering dedication, compassion, and commitment to Mouse’s care never went unnoticed.

Rest easy, sweet Mouse. Thank you for your service. Your paw prints will forever remain in our hearts. 🐾💙
