Early this morning I moved a swarm to an apiary with plans to combine with a weak hive.
They were grumpy which is to be expected.
At 11:45am, all was quiet.
By 1:12 pm it looked like they was going to abscond.
A couple hours later, all seemed quiet.
It’s possible they were doing orientation flights in their new home.
I’ll combine them into the lower hive later this week
