Just a friendly reminder from Janelle’s Grooming Studio🐾
As many of you know, I am a one-on-one grooming studio focused on providing a calm, personalized experience for each pup. My assistant manager, Louie 🐶, is often at the studio with me unless your dog is reactive to other dogs or you request that he not be present — your pup’s comfort always comes first.
To help maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all pups in my care, please enter the studio calmly and quietly. I work very hard to create a low-stress, safe space for these babies, especially those who may be nervous, sensitive, or easily overstimulated.
To help appointments continue running smoothly and on time for all clients, I send a text approximately 15–20 minutes before your pup is ready for pickup. This is intended to give you enough time to head to the studio for pickup.
If you anticipate needing additional time, please let me know prior to your appointment so I can do my best to accommodate scheduling accordingly, as other clients are expecting their own one-on-one appointment times.
Of course, I completely understand occasional delays such as traffic or unexpected situations. However, please remember that, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions, Janelle’s Grooming Studio is not a daycare or boarding facility. Extended stays may result in additional charges or other actions outlined in the policies if necessary.
