When Lulu’s was nothing but a thought, I asked Lacey “Do you think I’ll have any business out here?”, and she reassured me that I would. I, naturally, was apprehensive. Worried my clients wouldn’t follow me, worried nobody would give me a chance out here.

If only that version of myself could see me now.
