Habanero, pasilla, jalapeno, bell peppers (last harvest of the year), onion, carrot, garlic and lime zest and flesh. Mmmm flesh. Added salt brine and now we add time in a cool, dark place. I put ziplock bags with water in them on top as a weight, and sealed the jar with plastic wrap and rubber bands.

Should take about a week to ferment! Then strain brine and blend veggies, adding brine back in until desired sauce consistency.
