Dear muddy paws family ,

As of today, It is with a heavy heart that I announce that I will be closing my grooming business and will no longer be offering grooming services. Due to the loss of the mobile portion of my business, I am unfortunately unable to continue operating at a level that allows me to serve my clients properly.

I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your support, trust, and loyalty over the years. It has truly been a pleasure caring for your pets.

For future grooming needs, I highly recommend Ashley at Cattitude Grooming. She can be reached at (916) 370-9050. You may also choose to continue grooming services at Le Pooches on West Capitol Avenue.

Thank you again for allowing me to be a part of your pets’ lives. I will cherish the memories and relationships I’ve built with you and your furry family members.

I have unsubscribed from the online booking site since we are no longer mobile, although when i did this it deleted all my up coming appointments 😭 i believe i saved most of them but if you have an appointment comming up can you please message the work phone with the date and I’ll make sure we got you in!!!

🎤Muddy paws grooming announcement

With a heavy heart, i will no longer be providing mobile services. Muddy paws will still be in business but our shop address is 2001 west capitol ave, west sacramento.
To avoid any confusion, yes that is the Le pooch grooming building, but i will be running my own business inside the building and want to let everyone know that le pooch and muddy paws are not the same business and my clients will be handled by myself and my assistant only.

IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING APPOINTMENT AND WANT TO KEEP IT- (except for this week we will be finishing out our appointments until the 10th) please text me and let me know we can keep the same times and days! And if not, also let me know if i haven’t already reached out.

For anyone who wants to continue to use me for their groomer, i want to assure you that your services will still be 1-1 and will provide the same quality, safe and calming work that i do currently.

With the economy the way it is, on top of our recent move it would be unfair to charge what i would need too to keep my business open and the prices wouldn’t be feasible to my clients. I’m not in the market for price gouging and so we have decided to make this change.
My prices will be adjusted as you would come to me.

I will be sending out this message to everyone who may have a future appointment. I understand that a lot of you need a mobile service and will not be able to follow me to the store front location, and I’m going to be so deeply sad and will miss each and every one of you.

My phone number will remain the same and you can still text me from 916-752-9397 to book an appointment. I’ll be working on changing the online booking settings and prices, and you will still be able to book online as well.

Happy Saturday muddy paws family!!

With a heavy heart i do have to make an announcement.

As most of you know I broke my back a few years ago leaving me with some crazy pain and a lifetime sever sciatica issue.

I had stopped taking on large dogs for a while and eventually felt better to start taking them on again but after speaking with my doctor they believe this isn’t something that i can continue doing for my own health.

I had hired an assistant but between business costs and the helper fee it’s no longer something I’m able to do.

There is a flip side- i have a sister company owned by a dear friend Ashley. She owns a mobile company called Cattitude and said she is happy to take on my pups that i can no longer do. Shes some amazing work and also specializes in custom creative grooming!! If you send me a message I’ll happily provide a copy of her businesses card!!

I have a 40lb weight limit but the pets behavior also plays a big part in this.

This is not only for my safety, but the safety of your pets. Being able to properly handle them and move them around is very important.

I apologize for any inconvenience and will help you find a perfect groomer for your pups if I’m no longer able to do them!

Good morning muddy paws family! We’re back from vacation and are in the process of returning all messages from last week.

There has been a couple scheduling errors we’ve come across since downsizing back to 1 bus/groomer but I’m working to get everything back on track. Please message me with any questions regarding an existing appointment that you may have not gotten a reminder/confirmation for. I’m trying to make sure i squeeze everyone in!!
