Thanks to Faith for bringing the kids out today! They were the perfect model of teamwork. First, we got supplies out of the tack room and made a plan. Then we went in the office to discuss best safety practices and did some coloring and looking at cool stuff in the basket (also the Sawtooth mountain range on the wall) before I brought Chief out. They both worked on grooming Chief and putting ribbons in his mane, then took turns leading him through the obstacle course the kids designed themselves. They got both his feet standing in the hula hoop!

We focused on self-awareness and boundaries during today's session. Weston knocked it out of the park! Sister was a big help too. They had a serious intentional grooming session with Chief to start things off, then we went on to the activity and ended with a big hug. We always thank our equines for partnering with us!
