This clip is a little reminder that rescue work is never just about the horses. Feed barrels have to be restocked and refilled in every area of the ranch, no matter the weather.

Poor new comer Jack.
Got hurt on his leg, we wrapped it and treat. but it looks a little swollen, so we had to bring him to the vet.

We put up this round pen with me and my 73-year-old dad. It was a pretty straightforward kit, and I marked the circle first so everything would line up right.

Precious "small dog" is one of our little troublemakers as well, and this is just how she does things. Talley, our Great Pyrenees, keeps an eye on everything while the horses act like it’s all normal.

Those two get special treatment because they’re older and their teeth are mostly gone. They need wet feed and extra care to help them hold weight and eat comfortably.
