Hey guys, Brittany here. Long post ahead 🥴 PLEASE READ!
Just a reminder that pickup and drop off times are still a thing. Even more so now that Grace has taken over and is also grooming. It has been happening way too often that people are just showing up whenever they want, despite prior arrangements with her. 😞We have discussed it and she thinks it will be best for everyone, to start individually scheduling for drop offs/pick ups.
Please remember that Grace is one person. She should not have to stop her work on a groom FOUR separate times because of people not showing up when they were supposed to. If she has a groom scheduled, the kennel will be locked. If you show up earlier/later than the time that was discussed for drop off/pick up, you will either have to wait until she is done or come back at the time you previously discussed. **Furthermore, she will be making some announcements/updates on her grooming page, so go follow Shear Perfection Grooming LLC to see those as well.
We understand that things happen, but communication is key 😉 Let her know if you are running behind or if your plans have changed. Our businesses are just like anyone else and the fact that she lives here doesn’t mean she is available 24/7. Please be mindful and respectful of the rules and requirements. Know that she is working very hard to accommodate everyone’s needs. She is flexible and understanding, but please do not take advantage of her and her services. She is doing such a great job and I’m so proud of how she has stepped in to keep this wonderful service going. I am just a tad more outgoing and brazen than she is 🤪 so I don’t mind making these posts when I feel it’s necessary. Know that we appreciate you all SO very much and we hate to make posts like these, but we want things to run as smoothly as possible. We strive to provide you all with the best service possible, but we need your cooperation in order to do that. ❤️
Also a couple of other important tidbits:
🔺We do not have caller ID, but we do have an answering machine. Please do not call multiple times in a row. Grace is busy and she can’t always get to the phone. Call once and leave a message with your name and number and she will get back with you as soon as possible. Otherwise, email or Facebook message and she will reply there.
🔺‼️If you do not send complete, updated vaccination records, as well as confirm your reservation, you DO NOT have one‼️You may be disappointed if you show up and the kennel is full with no available spots.
