Meet Jake & Elwood 🖤🖤

These handsome brothers have been together since they were tiny kittens and share an incredibly special bond. Now about a year and a half old they deserve a better life.

With their gorgeous, shiny black coats and gentle personalities, these boys are truly something special. They are very social cats who enjoy being around people, yet they also have a calm, quiet nature that makes them wonderful companions.

Jake and Elwood are FIV-positive, but that is not who they are. They are healthy, happy cats who deserve the same chance at a loving home as any other cat. What they need most is a family willing to see beyond a diagnosis and recognize the amazing companions they are.

The shelter environment, with its constant hustle and bustle, is not where these bonded boys belong. They deserve a peaceful home where they can feel safe, loved, and cherished. Our greatest wish is for them to stay together, as separating them would be heartbreaking for two brothers who have never known life apart.

Jake and Elwood are looking for a loving forever home where they can continue their journey side by side. Please help us find the loving forever home these deserving boys have been waiting for far too long. 🖤

✨Alexandria has officially found her forever home, and our hearts couldn't be happier.✨

Many of you may remember Alexandria's story. She was adopted nearly three years ago, but earlier this year she was found abandoned, starving, and in very rough shape. It was heartbreaking to see what she had endured, but throughout it all, Alexandria never lost her sweet loving spirit.

She has found her happily-ever-after with her adopter and is truly a story of rags to riches—a real-life Cinderella tale. While Alexandria's adopter preferred not to be photographed, and we completely respect that.

🎉 Betsy found her Forever home! 🎉

Her new dad spent time visiting and considering cats from several rescues before finding Betsy, and it was clear she was the perfect match. She will be the only pet in the home, giving her all the attention, love, and companionship she deserves.

We couldn't be happier for this sweet girl as she begins the next chapter of her life surrounded by love and comfort. Congratulations, Betsy! We wish you and your new family many wonderful years together. ❤️🐾

🚨 Giant Cheeto Available for Adoption 🚨

Ryan is basically a giant Cheeto who somehow learned how to impersonate a cat. With his gorgeous orange tiger stripes, he has all the charm of your favorite cheesy snack—but with one major advantage: you can pet him all day long and never end up with powdery orange fingers.

This handsome senior is one of the sweetest souls you'll ever meet. Ryan loves affection, gentle attention, and simply being near people. Unfortunately, some of the other cats at the shelter tend to pick on him, which breaks our hearts because he wouldn't hurt a fly. To avoid the drama, Ryan has become a bit of a tree dweller, preferring to perch up high and keep a respectful distance from the crowd.

Ryan is FIV-positive, but that doesn't define him. It doesn't change his gentle nature, his loving heart, or the joy he brings to everyone who takes the time to get to know him. He's still the same wonderful cat who deserves a family to call his own.

When we think of goofy, fast, and lovable, Jagger immediately comes to mind. ❤️

Jagger plays hard and loves even harder. His energy is boundless, and he brings joy and laughter everywhere he goes. Whether he's zooming around the room or soaking up affection, Jagger lives life to the fullest.

Unfortunately, shelter life just isn't what Jagger needs—or wants. While he may do well with another cat in the future, right now he's feeling stressed and overwhelmed in our free-roaming cat room. With so many other cats around, he's constantly competing for attention and doesn't have a space where he can truly relax and feel safe.

What Jagger needs most is a home of his own—a place where he can be comfortable, secure, and loved. Once he has that chance, we know his wonderful personality will shine brighter than ever.

For far too long, FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) has been misunderstood. Many wonderful cats are overlooked because of outdated information, myths, and unnecessary fears. We are on a mission to change that.

Our "Love is Positive" event is all about education, awareness, and giving these deserving cats the spotlight they deserve. Come meet some of our incredible FIV-positive feline ambassadors and learn the facts about living with and loving an FIV-positive cat.

Look at our handsome, majestic boy Henry standing proud and confident! ❤️🐾

Henry is a senior cat with so much love left to give. He is FIV-positive, but he is healthy, happy, and ready to find a family of his own. The truth is, FIV doesn't define Henry. He doesn't see himself as different, and he certainly doesn't let it slow him down.

What Henry knows is that he loves attention, enjoys companionship, and dreams of having a warm bed, a loving human, and a place to finally call home. He has all the wonderful qualities that make cats so special—affection, loyalty, and a gentle spirit that only grows sweeter with age.

Senior cats are often overlooked, and FIV-positive cats can wait even longer for someone to give them a chance. But Henry deserves that chance. He deserves to know what it feels like to be cherished and loved for the rest of his days.
