Saturday, we welcomed Landon whose owner died unexpectedly. Landon is an 80 lb gentle soul who is good with other dogs and people. He is HW -, crate trained, house broken and UTD on vax. He turns 5 on 7/1/26. Landon is in quarantine for 7 days as he came from a shelter and we try to err on the side of caution when a dog comes to kennel cough. He also came to DRC with an ulcer on his left eye and will be seeing Dr. Carastro, the opthomoligist asap. Landon is a fence jumper - he has been known to go over a 6' fence. Additionally, has to go to a home with another dog to play with. A friend of his owner said he gets very depressed if he doesn't have a playmate. His buddy ( a small dog) was adopted by relatives. We will post more info after he sees the opthomologist.
