Hey everyone! 💙

Moving forward, I kindly ask that everyone please book your next grooming appointment either online or before you leave your current appointment.

I do my very best to keep up with messages, but between grooming all day and running the business, I sometimes miss a message or forget to reply. I never want anyone to think I’m ignoring them or that I don’t want to groom your pup that is never the case!

One of the best things you can do is book your appointments in advance. You can even schedule your dog’s appointments for the entire year so you never fall behind on their grooming routine.

If you have any trouble booking online, don’t worry! Just let me know, and I’ll be happy to show you how or get your future appointments scheduled before you leave.

Just a little reminder that Candy Cuts Grooming will be closed for vacation beginning June 27th, and we’ll reopen Monday, July 6th!

If you’ve messaged me about getting an appointment sooner, don’t worry I have everyone written down and will get you in as soon as possible when I’m back, or sooner if I have any cancellations.

This week has been a little hectic, so if I haven’t responded to your message yet, I promise I see you! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

I truly have the BEST clients, and I’m so thankful for each and every one of you. ❤️ I’m going to miss seeing all of my furry friends next week, but I’m looking forward to spending some much needed time relaxing with my family.
