2024 AQHA Bay Gelding | 14.3 Hands | Performance Prospect

McLaren is a stout-made, sharp-looking two-year-old gelding combining proven speed, rope, cutting and cow-horse genetics with the natural athletic ability to make them count.

He is sired by HB COWBOYS FAUCI, a son of DARK DINERO HUE by the legendary PC FRENCHMANS HAYDAY, better known as “Dinero.” PC FRENCHMANS HAYDAY was an accomplished NFR barrel and rope horse and became one of the most influential sires in the barrel and rope-horse industries. McLaren’s paternal pedigree also carries REY BOONLIGHT, while his maternal side brings in the proven cutting influence of DRY DOC through DOCS DRY CUTTER. DARK DINERO HUE appears again on the bottom side of his pedigree, giving McLaren a concentrated shot of the versatile Dinero bloodline. He is quick-footed, naturally collected and wants to carry himself in an attractive frame. His self-carriage and athletic movement come naturally rather than needing to be manufactured.

Our program is built on trust, confidence, and mental strength—not rushing horses or scaring them into compliance. We focus on creating a horse that can think through pressure, stay calm and confident, and not blow up when things get hard.
