Neighborhood Pet Store Day is tomorrow! šŸ¾ā¤ļø

Saturday 9/26 is a day to celebrate the local pet stores that know your pets by name, their favorite snacks, their allergies, their quirksā€¦ and maybe even a little about whatā€™s going on in your life tooā¤ļø

At Pawsitivity, weā€™re here for YOU and your pets. We take pride in offering quality products, continuing to grow our pet nutrition & care knowledge, and tailoring our recommendations and services to each and every pets needs. Thereā€™s nothing cookie cutter about our approach.

Every time you shop, make a grooming appointment, use self wash or simply stop in, youā€™re choosing to support a small neighborhood business and the people behind it. And we appreciate it more than you know! ā¤ļø

This , shop small. Shop local. Support the businesses that know your petā¤ļø andā€¦. Save a little money while youā€™re at it šŸ˜‰

As temperatures begin to rise my main concern as a pet owner is the well being of my pets, as well as every pet that walks through the doors at Pawsitivity! High temperatures affect dogs much differently than us humans since they do not sweat the same way we do to cool down and theyā€™re significantly closer to the hot ground. They also cannot advocate for themselves when temperatures are uncomfortable so we must do so for them! Be responsible with your pets safety. Plan walks around peak temperatures. But most importantly SPEAK UP when you see a pet left alone in a hot car or being made to walk on hot pavement. Spreading awareness/information and advocating for pets safety is always our #1 goal, no matter how difficult that conversation may be. You could help save a life.
