Bottle Drive 2026 - $1650 Goal - $796 Raised

Thank you Jennifer for the 7 bags of sorted recyclables. Got $16.10, giving us $796 YTD

Below, please find NEW RULES for redemption centers:

I can no longer take mixed bags. Cans and plastics have to be separated or they will be returned by the redemption center. Cans with cans and plastics with plastics

By policy, craft b**r, spirit based drinks, miniatures, such as NUTRL, HIGH NOON, Darkeast and Cowboy are no longer eligible for redemption. As well, all green teas are not eligible and returned. Please toss them

We can no longer accept GLASS bottles. The restrictions are massive

Please continue to think of us for unwanted plastics, cans and pennies. Drop off is w/Wags, West Hartford only

Pet Pantry Update:

We got an emergency call from Sora, Hartford paw. Sora was found wandering, abandoned and left to fend for himself. Thankfully, dad saw him and took him in for care

We turned over Purina Dog Chow, 44lbs, 5 wet cans, Purina Beggin' treats and 2 toys kits that included leashes. He is on our waitlist for a wellness visit, microchip check and vaccine update

Please continue to think of us with pet food, pet supplies, recyclables and pennies. We are deeply grateful for all of the support especially the pet food donations

Pet Pantry Update:

We got an urgent Messenger text reading for help with pet food. Both paws were low on food, with little income to buy. With pet food donations, we turned over 3lbs, 24 wet cans and Temptations Cat Treats
