As we start the year, we extend our sincere appreciation to all of our clients for trusting us with the care of your pets. Your continued support allows our small business to thrive, and we are truly grateful.
We will be enforcing our policies regarding late cancellations and missed appointments. As appointment-based providers, last‑minute changes significantly impact our operations. To ensure fairness and support smooth scheduling, we will now require a card on file for any client who cancels within 24 hours of their appointment or fails to attend without a valid reason.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No‑shows will incur a 100% charge.
As a small business, our ability to operate efficiently depends heavily on the reliability of our appointment schedule. When late cancellations or no‑shows occur, it creates significant disruptions to our workflow, limits our ability to accommodate other clients, and results in lost time and income that cannot be recovered. These gaps directly affect our team, our productivity, and ultimately the level of service we are able to provide.
Additionally, due to rising operational costs, some service prices have been sightly adjusted. We remain committed to keeping these increases minimal, and updated pricing will be available on our website.
