Welcome, Athena! 🐾

Athena is a Boxer who struggles with confidence and displays significant aggression toward other dogs. While these challenges can make certain situations stressful, she’s beginning a journey toward becoming a more confident and balanced companion.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be focusing on building Athena’s confidence, helping her develop better coping skills, and working toward calm neutrality around other dogs. Through structured training, clear communication, and positive experiences, we’ll help her learn to navigate the world with greater confidence and less stress.

Welcome, Bjorn! 🐾

Bjorn is a young Border Collie who struggles with significant reactivity and some fear-based aggression toward people. While these challenges can make everyday situations difficult, they stem from uncertainty and a lack of confidence rather than a desire to cause harm.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be focusing on several areas of his training, but our top priorities will be helping Bjorn achieve a calmer state of mind, build confidence, and learn to navigate the world more comfortably. Through structured guidance, clear communication, and positive experiences, we’ll work toward helping him feel more secure and successful in a variety of situations.

We’re excited to be part of Bjorn’s journey and look forward to watching his progress! 🐶💙

Congratulations, River! 🐾

River is a young, spunky Labrador who loves everything and everyone. Over the last four weeks, she has successfully completed a four-week hybrid training program designed to help her start life off on the right foot.

Throughout the program, River showed enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and her signature friendly personality. We’re so proud of all the progress she has made and can’t wait to see her continue to grow and thrive.

Welcome, Monkey, to your FOUR-WEEK HYBRID TRAINING PROGRAM! 🎉🐾

We are so excited to welcome Monkey and her family to this adventure! As a newer member of the family, Monkey is already beginning an exciting new chapter, and we’re honored to be a part of it.

Over the next four weeks, we’ll focus on building Monkey’s confidence in a variety of environments, helping her feel more comfortable, resilient, and ready to take on the world. We’ll also be working on foundational obedience skills to create clear communication, strengthen her relationship with her family, and set her up for lifelong success.

We can’t wait to watch Monkey learn, grow, and show us her unique personality along the way. Every small win is worth celebrating, and we’re looking forward to cheering her on every step of the journey!

🎉🐾 Congratulations, Rambo! 🐾🎉

Over the last six weeks, Rambo has been rocking our Hybrid Program, and what a transformation it has been! When he first came to us, the world felt like a pretty scary place. New people and unfamiliar dogs were overwhelming, and confidence was hard to come by.

Fast forward to today, and Rambo has made incredible progress! Not only has he gained confidence, but he’s also made some new friends—both canine and human. As his confidence grew, so did his fun, spunky personality, and it has been such a joy to watch him come out of his shell.

A huge shoutout goes to his family for their dedication and commitment throughout the process. They put in the work, followed through on every step, and gave Rambo the support he needed to succeed. Their hard work has made all the difference, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything they’ve accomplished together.

Rambo, you’ve come so far, and this is only the beginning! We are so excited to continue watching your confidence grow and to be part of your journey as you and your family keep learning and thriving together.

🎉🐾 HUGE Congratulations to Serena! 🐾🎉

Over the last four weeks, Serena has absolutely crushed it while working on her dog reactivity and basic leash obedience! She has made amazing strides in her engagement, learned how to better manage her big feelings, and has done an incredible job maintaining her obedience skills in new and challenging environments.

We couldn’t be more proud of Serena and her family for all the time, effort, and dedication they have put into her training. Their hard work, consistency, and teamwork have truly paid off, and Serena’s progress has been so exciting to watch!

Keep shining, sweet girl—you’ve earned every bit of this success! 🌟🐕💕

🚧ALERT:

12th Avenue N and 9th Street NE, including the roundabout at the intersection will be closed beginning Monday, April 27 as part of the 9th Street NE corridor reconstruction project taking place this summer. Northbound traffic on 9th Street NE will be detoured to 19th Avenue N from 7th Avenue N and 45th Street N. Southbound traffic on 57th Street N will be detoured to 7th Avenue N from 19th Avenue N and 45th Street N.

Westbound traffic on 12th Avenue N will be detoured to Center Street from 45th Street N and 7th Avenue N. Eastbound traffic on 12th Avenue NE will be detoured to 45th Street N from Center Street and 7th Avenue N. The work is expected to be completed Tuesday, May 26, pending weather conditions.

🐾🌙 Bark After Dark is happening tonight, before the event starts will we have Open Swim.

Bring your pups out for an evening of splashing, swimming, and tail wagging fun before the lights.

Open swim runs from 6:00 PM–8:00 PM, pre-registration not required!

Admission is $10 per dog, and our trainers will be on deck all evening to help make sure everyone has a safe and fun time in the pool. Whether your dog is a seasoned swimmer or trying it out for the very first time, we’re here to help — just give us a shout if you need anything! 🐶💦✨
